This file will create a challenging 43 planet map called "Conflict Begins" on which all planets are occuppied by some sort of independent force... often using ships not normally seen under pirate controll... but certainly under EU planetary governments' control. As the Imperial New Order or Rebel Alliance player you begin only with the Imperial Capital or the Rebel base on Yavin 4 and must conquer the entire galaxy to win... no easy unoccupied planets, Galactic control must be earned. Be warned, most large shipyards and smuggler bases could put up a very good fight, and may have a few tricks up their sleeves
